My "Mask" series of self portraits features Korean sheet masks, an increasingly popular skincare product that supposedly provide all manner of skincare benefits. It is with this series that I explore the "vain" hope that these products offer of perfection, and the expectation that women be constantly in a state of improving their appearances- that they always be "under construction."
